As long as you are an active Club member, you can deposit any of your Wyndham Points that you will not use and you will be paid for your maintenance fees on those points! Wyndham owners receive their money back per use year. The program guarantees to pay 100% of your maintenance fees on the Points that you allocate. For example, some owners have 1,000,000 Wyndham Points and their maintenance fees $5,000 annually. If they only use half of their Points a year, then they would be reimbursed $2500 for giving the Club the other half of their Points. This is a reoccurring opportunity for every year that you are active, and the amount of points can be adjusted at your discretion.
